This place suits me perfectly, providing great wi-fi, a bar lounge area, and an outdoor swimming pool. The staff even helped me with my luggage on my first stay! I'll definitely return for Easter.

I loved my stay right in the heart of everything, being just a short stroll from Playa de las Americas and only a few minutes' walk from the Light and Music Fountain, perfect for a weekend stroll.

The cleaning staff could use a serious upgrade in their attention to detail!!! It would be ideal to address noise issues and consider implementing better soundproofing in the rooms for a more restful stay!!!

Cozy room, clean facilities, including a pool and jacuzzi that were well-maintained, combined with a daily breakfast that offered a good variety to jumpstart your day.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Had a lovely stay with a spacious room and the heated pool was a standout! The food was pretty decent, but the bathroom had a minor issue with drainage.

We stayed in a studio which was spacious and had a lovely private terrace with tables and chairs, perfect for relaxing with a drink. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the lively area filled with...

Upon checking in, the process was smooth and quick. The room had a nice terrace, but the decor needed a bit of an update and felt slightly outdated. The bed was extremely firm, making it hard for me to get a good night's sleep, especially with the noisy street outside. Unfortunately, the noise level was a big issue—could hear people shouting in the early hours, which really disrupted my rest. While breakfast had a decent variety with nice options, I felt dinner could be improved. it lacked excitement and variety over the days. The pool area was enjoyable and quite spacious, but sun loungers were scarce. I had to wake up early to secure one if I wanted to relax by the pool. The location was definitely a plus, close to the beach and shops.

Friendly staff made the check-in process smooth, and daily cleaning kept the room in great condition. The pools were plentiful, ensuring there was never a struggle to find a spot, though the noise from the road outside impacted sleep quality. Not to mention, the restaurant often ran low on glassware during peak hours, necessitating paper cups instead. While several food options were available nearby, the hotel’s dining experience could use some fine-tuning, as some items lacked variety.
