This hotel is great, and has great wi-fi, a bar lounge area, and an outdoor swimming pool. The staff even helped me with my luggage on my first stay! I'll definitely return for Easter.

I loved my stay right in the heart of everything, being just a short stroll from Playa de las Americas and only a few minutes' walk from the Light and Music Fountain, perfect for a weekend stroll.

The location is super central and not far from the beach and the staff was very friendly and helpful
-too loud, . the food (morning, lunch and evening) was terrible, always the same and very greasy and everything fried. it wasn't so clean either. we mostly ate it at the end of the day. . It's more of a hotel for partygoers who have been running around in the corridors.

The cleaning staff could use a serious upgrade in their attention to detail!!! It would be ideal to address noise issues and consider implementing better soundproofing in the rooms for a more restful stay!!!

Very good breakfast and dinner. A selection like in four-star hotels. Unfortunately I had to leave one day earlier due to changed flight times. A rebooking or change of booking was unfortunately not possible. Was already once in this hotel and overall very satisfied....

Breakfast was great! A lot to choose from and really there was something for everyone
Unfortunately we didn't have a toilet brush in the bathroom - even after we asked the cleaning lady, we didn't get one! Balcony wasn't wiped up!

Recommend for a city break
Cozy room, clean facilities, including a pool and jacuzzi that were well-maintained, combined with a daily breakfast that offered a good variety to jumpstart your day.
There was nothing I didn't like.
